A thorough analysis of the niche and related niches was conducted, competitors' sites and target audience were analysed. Potential clients faced a large number of questions due to the lack of clear navigation and texts. On the basis of this analysis the structure of the site was developed and the texts for the site were written. The main emphasis was placed on reputational content: cases, diplomas, awards, participation in exhibitions, training of other designers. Client-orientation is reflected with the help of the text.
To convey the mood and messages, moodboard and references were collected and presented to the customer. A font pair was selected. The main associations were: calmness, trust, professionalism, prestige, openness, empathy, security, care, unity with nature, naturalness.
At this stage it was necessary to show the customer visual ideas and synchronise in the vision of the future site.
